Policy & Communication Analyst - Money Services & Business Regulations Department; Permanent
Location : HQ – Kuala Lumpur
ROLE PURPOSE:
Formulate sound prudential and developmental policies, regulations and guidelines on Money Services Business (MSB) industry to ensure the industry is not being used as a conduit for money laundering, terrorism financing and other illegal activities.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Formulate, implement and review the policies, regulations and guidelines for the MSB industry.
Conduct research, monitor and analyse the emerging trends, developments and risks that may impact the MSB industry, including the digitalisation and innovation in the industry (e.g. fintech, regtech, suptech, etc) to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of MSB regulatory framework.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or second class upper & Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least Credit in 5 subjects including Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Inggeris and Matematik.
