Are you an experienced Telesales Team Lead who knows how to turn conversations into conversions? and people into high-performing sales teams?
We’re looking for a driven Telesales Team Lead to join Cartrack and lead, coach, and motivate our telesales team to achieve outstanding results.

🎯 What You’ll Do
• Lead and coach a team of telesales consultants
• Set the standard for sales performance, discipline, and customer engagement
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and motivation
• Drive conversion, productivity, and achievement of sales targets
• Share best practices and help team members sharpen their sales skills
• Create a positive, competitive, and high-performance team culture

💼 What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience (min 3 years) as a Telesales Team Lead / Sales Team Lead
• Strong telesales and closing skills
• Confident people leader with excellent coaching abilities with experience leading a min of 7 people in the team.
• Target-driven, energetic, and commercially minded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate a team and lead by example
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
