Pizza Amane Tokyo is looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations as we expand across Malaysia.

📍 Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: From RM6000 up to RM8,000/month(Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do
As our CK Manager, you will oversee the entire central kitchen operation, including:
✅ Lead HACCP, HALAL, GMP & MESTI implementation and certification maintenance
✅ Manage pizza production planning and daily manufacturing operations
✅ Improve production efficiency, quality, yield, and cost
✅ Develop SOPs and ensure compliance with food safety standards
✅ Recruit, train, and lead the Central Kitchen team
✅ Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials and kitchen equipment
✅ Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions

We're Looking For
✔️ 3+ years of management experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen operations
✔️ Hands-on experience with HACCP, GMP, HALAL, or MESTI systems
✔️ Production planning and process management experience
✔️ Experience leading and developing production teams
✔️ Strong communication skills in English and Malay

Bonus If You Have
• JAKIM Halal Executive Certification
• Pizza or frozen food manufacturing experience
• Startup or fast-growing business experience
• Experience sourcing and negotiating with equipment suppliers
