✅ Minimum 7–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly for infrastructure roles such as Network, Server, and Security.
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and engage with stakeholders across different business functions.
