Warehouse Assistant (Malaysian Only)

 We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant (Malaysian Only) to support daily inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
·         Strong analytical and decision-making skills
·         High attention to detail
·         Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
·         Solid understanding of safety and compliance regulations in warehousing
·         Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
·         Physically capable of handling manual tasks, including occasional lifting and moving of items as needed
·         Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
·         Basic understanding of material data
·         Customer-focused mindset (both internal and external)

Qualifications
1.Tertiary education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse, procurement, or logistics, preferably within a manufacturing or offshore services environment.
3. Possession of valid certifications in:
• Working at Height
• Basic Rigging (RB)
• Forklift Operation
