This role focuses on executing HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and the Employment Act 1955. Key responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, overseeing the confirmation process, handling KPI and JD implementation, and supporting training, development, HRDF claims, and employee engagement activities.
