We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Logistic to join our team. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Oil & Gas industry and familiarity with crew coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) using SQL system and send to clients
 (hardcopy and/or softcopy).
- Send Vendor Registration Forms (VRF) to suppliers and update vendor
 database.
- Input supplier information into the company system
- Arrange courier services and monitor parcel/document deliveries
- Receive and verify ordered items upon arrival
- Pack items for delivery to clients or stakeholders
- Obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) from couriers and signed DOs from clients
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain supply chain documents in compliance with company quality
 standards.
- Support general administrative tasks required by the Supply Chain and HR
 Departments.
- Handle front desk duties: answering incoming calls, receiving
 guests/clients/vendors.
- Manage incoming documents and distribute to respective personnel

Requirements & Preferences:
 ✔️ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics and/or crew coordination (Oil & Gas preferred)
 ✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 ✔️ Able to work independently, manage time well, and multitask
 ✔️ Proactive, organized, and attentive to detail
