 Senior Executive, HR & Admin (Perlis)

Location: Chuping, Perlis
Working Hours: 5 days per week

Responsibilities

● Generalist role of HR.
● Manage recruitment processes, including manpower requisitions, job postings, interviews and job offers.
● Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, particularly in managing industrial relations, fostering employee engagement, and organising corporate events.
● Conduct training needs assessments, organise training programs, monitor training effectiveness and maintain up-to-date training records.
● Involve in compensation and benefits tasks, including performance management, payroll processing, claim handling, and ensuring compliance with government statutory requirements.
● Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records in the HR system.
● Manage admin role in office management tasks related.


Requirements

● Possess Degree in relevant field
● With at least 3 years of relevant experience is an added advantage
