EXECUTIVE FINANCE [Reporting & Consolidation]
Qualifications & Skill :-
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
+ Minimum 2 years working experience in similar function - Finance Ops
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Proficient in MS Office application.
+ Intuitive and strong communication skills.
+ Service minded, with a solution oriented mindset and a pragmatic approach.
+ Ability to proactively look for and identify improvement solutions.
+ Working in a lean structure and an independent contributor.
+ Enjoy working in a fast pace environment and adaptable to changes.
+ Positive attitude.
Responsibilities :-
+ Responsible for the monthly , quarterly and year end closing consolidation and reports
+ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of divisional reporting in accordance with the latest
regulatory/ MFRS /IFRS requirements
+ Be involved in the reconciliation of intercompany accounts, monthly eliminations, adjusting and
recurring journal entries
+ Provide data and support to Corporate department
+ Consolidate divisional reporting pack for submission to Corporate department on monthly,
quarterly and annual basis for the preparation of monthly Group consolidated results and
Group audited accounts
+ Responsible for month end close of semi active companies
+ Assist in the financial analysis against prior periods, forecast and budgets.
+ Responsible in ensuring proper filing and documentations of consolidation working papers and
supporting documents.
+ Prepare ad hoc financial analyses or projects as required for Management and in support of
financial reporting requirements
+ Liaise with external auditors
